The hollow sucker rod is a special sucker rod designed for oil extraction of high pour point, high viscosity and high wax content. It is combined with threaded joints, sealing and rod body. The rod body is made of seamless steel tube and the threaded joint is connected with the rod body through friction welding and heat treatment. The pin thread is formed by roller.

The hollow sucker rod has hollow sucker rod and hollow polished sucker rod, hollow pony rod types.

Specifications

Rod diameter: 32mm, 34mm, 36mm, 38mm, 42mm, 48mm.
Rod thickness: 5.0mm - 6.0mm.
Nominal thread: 1-7/16" - 2".
Length:
- 7.5m - 9m for hollow sucker rod.

Applications

Hollow sucker rod is used for exploiting thickened oil, and crude oil of high solidification point and wax content.
The hollow sucker rod can be used for flushing sand and salt, it is ideal for small well and separate-layer oil exploitation.
The hollow sucker rod can be used in the oil extraction through heat carrier. Inject the chemicals and heat carrier including the hot oil, hot water and steam.
The hollow sucker rod can be used in hollow sucker rod electric heating device. Just run the electric cable in the center hole of the hollow sucker rod.
