WPC lubricant WP003

Description

WPC Lubricant is a lubricant produced by “one-step” polyreaction, specially designed for wood plastic. It improves process ability for wood or nature fascicule thermal plastics, the unique lubricating property can moisten wood powder or nature fascicule adequately and make it well disperse into the plastic melt, then the production rate and product performance can be improved obviously.

Applications:

WP003 is a functional polymeric lubricant specially designed for wood plastics process. It has outstanding wetting properties, shown an excellent dispersity and high production rate. It obviously increases wood or fascicule dosage and leads to a wide processing area.

Commended for wood and fascicule filled polyolefin’s (PE) system. 1.5-2.3% is the reference dosage.

Properties:

1. Obviously enhance filling dispersivity;

2. Outstanding fluidity;

3. Eliminate the edge tearing or blushing;

4. Increase production rate and production lustrousness;

5. Excellent batch stability;

6. Effectively prolong screw rod service life;

7. Lower the water-absorptivity, prevent the product to separate out.

Packing, storage and transportation

1. 20kg/bag, white paper bag or composite kraft paper bag (inside with PE plastics bag).

2. Should storage and transport under shady, cool and ventilated environment; Avoid acid, alkali and corrosive substance. Keep it away from the humidity, hotness, fire and corrosion.
