Discuss a custom Emery grit face pickleball paddle with SHUEN. Review the actual Emery face sample and finish with the team, then define core, shape, thickness and branding requirements for your project. The face option is specified against the physical sample before production.Configuration choices include eight base shapes, 14 mm / 16 mm thickness options, and Gen5 PP honeycomb plus other core structures. Use the sample, graphics and agreed build details to define appearance; finished weight, grip details and component combinations are confirmed on the selected sample.
Custom order MOQ is 5 paddles per model. Sample dispatch reference is 3–5 working days after design confirmation. SHUEN manufactures OEM/ODM pickleball paddles in Dongguan, China.
