DURACAL buffers are guaranteed to be stable for 5 years(*) from the date of production. Conventional pH buffers change their pH value due to air diffusion during storage and use. Duracal buffers do not change their pH value during storage or use. The unique dosing bottle allows sensor calibration in the bottle without reservoir contamination.
The addition of buffer preservatives prevents contamination by bacteria and fungi while retaining high buffer capacity for fast stable calibrations.
