TP347 niobium stabilized austenitic stainless steel pipe

ASTM A312 Gr. Tp347 is a niobium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel designed for high-temperature and highly oxidizing environments—up to around 800°C. The addition of niobium improves thermal stability and resistance to intergranular corrosion. Pipes under this grade are available in a wide size range, from 1/2 inch to 24 inches for seamless, ERW, or EFW types, and up to 100 inches for EFW pipes. SS 347 seamless pipe performs well at elevated temperatures due to its excellent creep strength. Its mechanical properties and chemical composition make it suitable for diverse applications, including marine environments, shipbuilding, offshore structures, equipment frames, laboratory furnishings, and aerospace.
