KJB Chemical centrifugal splint pump for corrosive liquids with particle

KJB series corrosion-resistant and particle resistant centrifugal pump has a plastic body molded as a whole, which is reliable and thick. It is surrounded by a metal jacket on the outside, with a sturdy structure and stable operation. It can effectively prevent adverse effects such as aging of plastic molded parts caused by long-term outdoor operation. The overcurrent components are made of non-metallic materials such as UHM-WPE and PVDF, which are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Although the pump has a semi open impeller, it benefits from advanced hydraulic design and has high efficiency. Adopting unique particle resistant containerized single and double end mechanical seals, the installation dimensions comply with ISO2858/GB5652 standards. We can configure corresponding flushing solutions according to customer needs, which are widely used in fields such as acid washing, environmental desulfurization, denitrification, chemical industry, papermaking, dyeing, sewage treatment, etc.
