Process of PP Strapping Band Production

First, we heat and melt polypropylene plastic particles. In the meantime, we can add different color of paint, white, blue, green, yellow, etc.

Second, we use rolling machine to roll and extend the material to belt shape.

Third, cooling the PP belt .

Forth, we wrap and wind the PP belt to different length of coil. PP band system adopts polypropylene through heating, melting, stretching, cooling production of the mesh structure of the packaging material, the basic parameters that affect the quality of the packing belt are tension, length, bending, elongation and so on. With the same tension and other parameters, the longer the length, the lower the cost of the PP strapping band.
