1. 90 ° U-shaped Roller Bit is straight legs of tricone bit, it is a special model made by GREAT.

But also we have designed roller bit with foundation, it can replaceable the roller bit, in this case, you will not worry welding on the rock reamers. High precision bearing surface heat treatment adopts advanced heat treatment technology to improve bearing capacity and service life.

2.120 ° U-shaped Roller bit. The traditional roller bit was cut by tricone bit.

So it is including No.1, No.2, No.3 Cone cutters.

The Roller bit mainly used for Rock reamer (Hole opener) For HDD (Horizontal directional drilling ) Trenchless technology. But also used for Core barrel with roller bit, like pile foundation project.

The strength and wear resistance of inserts are improved by using carbide inserts with high strength and high wear resistance.
