Application

Seal integrity tests are commonly utilized to evaluate sustainable packaging alternatives, cost-effective packaging options, and variations in production line sealing parameters. Maintaining the dependability of package seals is essential to uphold product quality and safety.

Test Description

The sample is positioned in a water-filled chamber and covered securely. The control unit then extracts air until reaching the set vacuum. If a minor leak exists, the pressure difference expels trapped air, evidenced by bubbles emerging from the leak area.

Technical Features

4)LT-03 offers a parameter-saving function for 5 groups, optimizing efficiency for users with diverse samples and test conditions (vacuum level and test time).
