The sintered NdFeB magnet material adopts a powder metallurgy process. The smelted alloy is made into powder and pressed into a compact in a magnetic field. The compact is sintered in an inert gas or vacuum to achieve densification. In order to improve the coercivity of the magnet , usually need to be subjected to aging heat treatment.

The magnetic polarization coercivity is divided into low coercivity , medium coercivity M, high coercivity H, extra high coercivity SH, ultra-high coercivity Force UH, very high coercivity EH and other products. Sintered NdFeB is generally divided into axial magnetization and radial magnetization, which are determined according to the required working surface.

The bonded ndfeb magnets are widely used in electronics, electrical machinery, medical equipment, toys, packaging, hardware machinery, aerospace and other fields.

High Grade Magnet (SH/UH/EH/AH Series):

Double High Grade Magnet (High Remanence/High Coercive Force):

Magnet manufacturs have always been continuously developing for the high grade of this field. In order to improve the coercivity, heavy rare earth elements such as DyFe are added more for these grades. For some thinner squares or tiles, GBD technology is also used .

Magnetic Assembly:

It is mainly a product or semi-finished product that realizes its application function after assembling magnetic materials and other materials such as metals and non-metals according to specific requirements. Another form is that the magnets are not assembled with other components, but the magnets are bonded with glue, in order to achieve better performance of the motor.
