Theself-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank belongs to the YDZ series and is made of stainless steel. It is suitable for harsh use environments and reduces the evaporation loss rate. The container is equipped with a self-pressurizing system that can generate its own internal pressure for continuous liquid discharge. . It is mainly used to transport and store liquid media to replenish other containers. It can be equipped with a liquid nitrogen tank monitoring terminal and monitoring software, which can realize remote transmission of liquid nitrogen level, pressure and other data, realize remote alarm of low liquid level and over pressure, and can also manually remotely pressurize and control fluid replenishment.
The components of this series of liquid nitrogen tanks include a booster valve, a drain valve, an evacuation valve, a safety valve, a pressure gauge, and a universal wheel. Its function is as follows:
Booster valve: Increases the pressure. When opened, a small amount of liquid nitrogen inside the tank will be vaporized, increasing the pressure inside the tank, thus promoting the discharge of liquid nitrogen. The valve should be closed when not in use.
Drain valve: It is a valve that enters and discharges liquid nitrogen. Whether it is injecting liquid nitrogen into a tank or outputting liquid nitrogen to other tanks, it needs to be opened.
Drain valve: Drain the pressure in the tank. When replenishing liquid nitrogen to other tanks, you need to close the drain valve to increase the pressure in the tank. After the liquid drain is completed, open the drain valve to drain the pressure in the tank.
Safety valve: A valve that controls the pressure in the tank. During the operation of the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank, the pressure in the tank is controlled not to exceed the critical value of 0.09MPa. Once the pressure reaches 0.09MPa, the safety valve will automatically open to exhaust and relieve pressure. Ensure the safety of staff.
Pressure gauge: used to observe the pressure of the inner tank.
Universal wheels: easy to move the tank, two of the casters have fixed functions to prevent the tank from sliding.
