YDD series gas phase liquid nitrogen tanks, also called stem cell liquid nitrogen tanks, mainly provide users with fully automatic, safe and reliable cryogenic liquid nitrogen storage systems. The tanks are made of high-quality stainless steel and are designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T14174-2012. Its mouth adopts a biased mouth structure and has a large capacity. It is suitable for long-term static storage of large quantities of biological products. It has the advantages of large storage capacity of biological products, safe and reliable use, and easy operation.
The overall structure of this series of liquid nitrogen tanks is composed of inner and outer tanks, a rotating tray, a rotating handle, a universal wheel and a plug body cover. Its function is as follows:
Inner and outer bladders: Made of stainless steel, a vacuum interlayer is formed between the inner bladder and the inner bladder to effectively isolate heat transfer.
Rotating tray: Located inside the liquid nitrogen tank, the interior is divided into two spaces, the lower part is the liquid nitrogen storage space, and the upper part is the sample storage space. It can be divided into 4 or 6 areas. Each area is sorted and numbered, and the samples are placed. Easy to distinguish and avoid confusion.
Rotating handle: used to rotate the tray to quickly find samples in different partitions, but you need to wear low-temperature gloves to operate.
Universal wheels: easy to move the tank, two of the casters have fixed functions to prevent the tank from sliding.
Plug body cover: Made of polystyrene material with good thermal insulation performance.
