Drum flange die and drum plug are essential parts in the steel drum industry. Together they act as sealing and opening components for steel drum users. Assembling drum flange in production needs flange insertion mould die, which curls the drum flange and drum lid together and forms a multi-layer structure. Drum plug needs to be screwed into flange base during production. This step could be operated manually or via an automatic drum bung machine.

Insertion die is the essential die that assembles drum flange onto drum top. Drum flange needs to be riveted onto drum lids to form a base for drum plug to screw in. Our one-step flange insertion mould die could finish punching holes and flange curling in one punch, which is much more efficient than traditional two-step drum closure drum flange die.
