Pallet Stackers are designed to lift and handle the palletised loads in factories and warehouses and distribution centers.

With similar functions, Pallet Stacker is a cost-effective alternative to forklift trucks. Another advantage of walking pallet stacker is their compact design which can be used in many applications that require significantly less operating space.

TITANSUHE's pallet stackers are available in manual and electric. Both of them can reach higher lift up to 3.5m maximum. Manual Stackers are pushed around by hand and the forks are also lifted manually either using a winch or hydraulic jacking system. While electric stackers are driven by battery. The semi-electric pallet stacker means forks lifting and lowering are electronic, but the travelis manually controlled. A full electric operated walking stacker forklift means both vertical movement and horizontal movement are controlled by electric.

Tips For Safe Drive Of The Electric Stacker

Before the summer time, make preparations in advance, discharge the lubricating grease at the engine, drive shaft, gearbox, steering gear, etc., and add summer lubricating grease according to the regulations after cleaning.

Clean the water channel and cooling system scale, and dredge the radiator. Frequently check the tightness of the fan drive belt.

Properly adjust the generator regulator to reduce the charging current of the generator.

Pay attention to prevent the engine from overheating during operation. Always pay attention to the reading of the coolant thermometer. If the coolant temperature is too high, take cooling measures. In order to maintain the amount of coolant, pay attention to prevent the coolant from boiling when adding.

Check the temperature and pressure of tires frequently. If necessary, stop in a cool place and wait for the tire temperature to drop before continuing to work. Do not deflate or pour cold water to reduce the pressure and temperature, so as not to reduce the service life of the tire.

Adjust the concentration of battery electrolyte, dredge the exhaust hole of battery cover, keep the electrolyte 10-15mm higher than the diaphragm, and add distilled water accordingly.

Make sure you get enough sleep and stay energetic before work. If you feel tired, sleepy or unresponsive at work, you should immediately stop to rest, or wipe your face with cold water to cheer you up and ensure driving and work.

Types And Features Of The Pallet Stacker

Hydraulic pallet stacker, in other name as manual stacker, hand stacker. The advantage of manual stacker is (1) Wide application range, no pollution to the environment, smart transportation, flexible operation and small turning radius. (2) The pressure relief mode adopts foot stepping type, with stable lifting speed and high safety. (3) It can cooperate with pallets, containers, etc. to realize unit transportation and greatly improve work efficiency.

Electric pallet stacker

Advantages: heavy load, up to 1.5 tons for standard type; Lifting height, up to 6m; The body structure is light and stable; Electric walking and electric lifting;

Disadvantages: because there are front support legs in the body structure design, it can not be used for double-sided trays and shelves whose bottom is sealed from the ground (at least 9cm gap must be reserved for easy use)

Semi-Electric pallet stacker

The semi electric stacker is a simplified version of the full electric stacker for pallets. Its advantage is cheap, but its disadvantage is that it needs manpower to pull. It is applicable to the working environment where goods need to be stacked occasionally.

Stand drive electric pallet stacker

The forward moving all electric stacker also has the basic functions of electric walking and electric lifting, but its fork has the functions of forward extension and backward retraction.

Advantages: it is suitable for single / double-sided pallets, and the shelf sealed from the bottom to the ground can also be used, with a wide range of applications.

Disadvantages: normal is no more than 1.5 tons. In addition, the car body is large and long, and the requirements for shelf channels are also high. Generally, the minimum channel between shelves is 2.8m. The price is also more expensive.
