Main Features:
1. Automatic conveying of rolls and counting; double-end operation; auto push of rolls, packing and sealing at the same time, this toilet roll packaging machine can also be adjusted to both single layer and double layer packaging.
2. Adopt advanced PLC and dual inverter control, LCD parameter display. Easy setup and accurate temperature control to effectively protect the thermal fuse and high temperature resistant adhesive tape.
3. Neat and firm sealing mouth. Full semi automatic combined operation. The conveying belt connected to the packaging machine allows mechanization for paper transport and only requires labor bagging. In this way, machine speed is increased and also labor cost is saved; production cost reduced and production efficiency improved.
4. Packaging speed: two layers 6-12 packs per min; one layer 10-16 packs per min.
