主功能 ：
1、伊维菌素粉是阿维菌素的衍生物。伊维菌素属于口服半合成广谱耐药寄生虫。
2、伊维菌素粉对各种生命周期线虫的大部分都有作用。
3、伊维菌素粉对盘尾丝虫微丝蚴有作用，对成虫盘尾
丝虫无效。 4、伊维菌素粉对只停留在肠道的粪蛔虫有作用。
5、伊维菌素粉有选择性抑制作用。
6、伊维菌素粉不能通过人体的血脑屏障
应用：
在兽医学中，伊维菌素粉末用于对抗许多肠道蠕虫（但不是绦虫）、大多数螨虫和一些虱子。尽管如此，它对消除蜱、苍蝇、吸虫或跳蚤无效。它对幼虫心丝虫有效，但对成年心丝虫无效，尽管它可能会缩短它们的寿命。药物的剂量必须非常准确地测量，因为过量服用时毒性很大。
它有时与其他药物联合使用以治疗广泛的动物寄生虫。然而，一些犬种（尤其是粗犷牧羊犬、平滑牧羊犬、设得兰牧羊犬和澳大利亚牧羊犬）在 MDR1 基因（编码 P-糖蛋白）中具有特定突变的高发生率；受影响的动物对伊维菌素的毒性作用特别敏感。
临床证据表明小猫易受伊维菌素毒性的影响。可使用 0.01% 伊维菌素治疗猫耳螨的外用制剂 (Acarexx)。
