Poultry Feed Pellet Production Line
Poultry feed pellet production line mainly includes crushing, mixing, pelletizing, cooling&screening and final weighing and packaging. The poultry feed pellet production line is mainly used for small poultry such as chickens, ducks and rabbits, and can also be used for large livestock such as pigs, cattle, sheep, etc. The produced poultry feed pellets have the advantages of uniform particle size, comprehensive nutrition, good palatability, good digestion and absorption, and easy transportation. A complete set of poultry feed pellet production line includes the hammer mill, horizontal mixer, livestock feed pellet machine, cooling&screening equipment, automatic weighing packing machine, screw conveying equipment, etc.
We have more than 20 years of experience in the production of animal feed pellets. At present, we have more than 20 kinds of production line configurations, ranging from 200KG/H-5T/H. We can meet each customer’s requirements whether it is a small household unit, a small production line for farm use, or a large commercial production line.
The production process of the livestock feed pellet
- Crushing: First, the material is crushed into powder by the hammer mill to prepare for the next pelleting process.
- Mixing: The crushed raw materials need to be mixed according to different formulas.
- Pelleting: The processed raw material is ready for pelleting. Poultry feed pellets are generally granulated by a flat die pellet machine or a ring die pellet machine, and users can choose according to their own needs.
- Cooling and screening: After pelleting, cooling and sieving are required. This step can effectively reduce the temperature of the feed pellet and sieve feed particles of different sizes.
- Packaging: The final product is packaged in an automatic weighing baler.
