The GI Silicon steel coil slitter slitting and rewinding line machine is a slitting line can do uncoiling, slitting and rewinding. It can slit various kinds of steel material, like galvanized steel, PPGI, Cold rolled steel, even the hot rolled steel. The line in the photo is designed economic which is composed of the decoiler, side guide device, slitter, scrap winder, tension stand and recoiler.

The line speed it can be max 40m/min, or 60m/min or 80/min or even more. We can design the machine specifically as per customer’s requirements.

This kind of machine is designed strong and powerful enough to slit multi-pieces strips at one time. And it can slit max 2mm thickness.
