The huge volume hopper can contain 100,000 buttons which can run for 3 to 4 hours without human intervention .The device can run 24 hours a day , has an annual production capacity of 30,000 pcs and a daily production capacity of over 600,000 pcs . It can replace the human visual inspection to avoid false judgement caused by visual fatigue. The test pass rate is 99.8% or more , The device can be customized according to the product being tested , and it is an ideal button cosmetic detection sorting device .
