The slurry is fed into the grinding area by two feeding pipes at the same time. After beating, the pulp is pumped out of the mill area and discharged from the pulp outlet. Two pairs of double row radial spherical roller bearings are installed on the main shaft, which are fixed by the bearing seat, and connected with the motor by the coupling through the nylon pin. The other end of the spindle is equipped with a turntable, and both ends of the turntable are equipped with left and right grinding discs. The rotary table rotates between the two fixed grinding discs and moves axially according to the pressure on both sides. The moving seat is adjusted by the feed mechanism to make it move axially to adjust the gap between the two grinding areas. A guide key is arranged between the moving seat and the shell, which is pushed by a trapezoidal screw. The machine cover is cast iron, which is connected with the casing by the pin shaft. Before opening the cover, all moving seats must be retracted into the cover. The cover can only be opened by loosening the surrounding locking bolts. Before closing the cover, the end face should be kept clean, and the mobile seat must be retracted into the cover to cover, and then the surrounding bolts should be tightened evenly.
