During the anaerobic digestion process, gas – solid-liquid separation is one of the most important parts
of the UASB treatment plant. The separator occupied 16 % – 25% of the reactor volume and any blockage in the gas separator compartment can cause failure in solid separation. The three separators at the top of the reactor to separate the gas, the liquid and solid. After the anaerobic reaction, 80% - 90% of organic waste was decomposed.

* Industrial
Glass fused to steel anaerobic digester tank is used in industry, especially in the food process industry, which can be used as the raw material for anaerobic digester tank. Food process waste is an excellent feedstock than any other raw materials to generate the biogas, it can be the max is more than 15 times of cattle waste. During digestion, food waste can mix with the fertilizer so that it can improve the generation of methane. Most of the digester reaction is basic on the ratio between solid and liquid.
* Agriculture
An anaerobic digester is widely used in agriculture, animal and crop waste are the main raw material of the anaerobic digester in agriculture, and they are also easy to get it. Anaerobic digester benefit a lot in agriculture, firstly the generation of biogas, which can as a source of fuel and also can convert to electricity; secondly, digester material can as fertilizer.
* Wastewater treatment plant
Nowadays, the wastewater pollution is serious . Glass fused to steel tank as an anaerobic digester, the function of it is excellent. Wastewater treatment facilities employ anaerobic digester to break down sewage sludge and eliminate pathogens in wastewater. Biogas generator is required during the reaction process, as usual biogas will be used to convert electricity to heat nearby facilities.
