Description of Agriculture Storage Tank

Glass-lined steel tanks are made of sheets that are bolted together, and water tightness is provided by a highly resistant silicone or polyurethane mastic sealant applied between the sheets. It is a competitive, long-term technical solution for process water and wastewater storage.

The glass-lined steel process involves the high-temperature fusion of glass to steel at approximately 850°C. The fusion of glass and steel provide a product with an inert, durable finish. These two materials are fused together to combine " the strength and flexibility of steel with the high corrosion resistance of glass ".
