ZYB hard tooth surface waste oil gear pump
ZYB waste oil gear pump adopts self - sealing lubrication, clearance automatic adjustment structure. The flow parts are made of high wear - resistant materials. It has the characteristics of compact structure, good self-priming, high efficiency and strong adaptability, etc. In the occasions of conveying liquid containing impurities, the working life of the pump is 2-10 times longer than the general gear pump.
ZYB booster gear oil pump is designed for the interchangeability with KCB series common gear pumps. And the appearance and installation size and technical parameters are exactly the same as KCB series gear pumps. Therefore, ZYB slag oil pump is also known as KCB series "strong type", which shows the important characteristics of long life and stable pressure of the pump when conveying medium with lubrication and no impurities.
ZYB waste oil gear pump is suitable for conveying medium with less impurities and less lubrication in heavy oil, diesel oil, coal tar, grain oil, chemical industry, building materials, daily chemical products and other industries. Liquids temperature is no higher than 200°C and liquids viscosity is no higher than 150mm2/S containing non-metallic impurities.
ZYB booster oil pump is especially suitable for stable working pressure, long-term continuous working occasions. For example: the strong lubrication system, the fuel transfer and injection in the fuel burning system.
ZYB waste oil transfer pump is not suitable for conveying corrosive, containing metal impurities, sand and stone impurities with particle diameter greater than 3mm and medium with high volatility and low flash point Such as: gasoline, benzene, etc.
