本机的工作原理与和谐空气输送带，它通过颈部保持瓶，从而，减少了瓶输送过程中翻倒的可能性。
此机用于水填充仍成PET瓶，并用螺旋盖封盖的功能。
本机集成三个功能：1.冲洗空PET瓶，2填充漂洗瓶，封盖3被填充的瓶子
冲瓶机站：
升 全304个不锈钢冲洗器喷头，喷水风格注入设计，更节省水耗和更干净
升 304不锈钢爪与塑料垫，确保在洗涤过程中最小的瓶子碰撞
升 304个不锈钢洗涤泵
填充站：
升 高精度填充喷嘴，PLC可变信号控制，确保高填充精度
升 重力灌装，＆顺利＆稳步填充
升 所有304不锈钢接触部分与液体槽，细抛光，易于清洁
升 无瓶不灌装
封口机站：
升 将旋盖系统，电磁旋盖头，用包袱放电功能，使封盖时确保最低瓶崩溃
升 所有304不锈钢结构
升 无瓶不加盖，并自动停机缺乏瓶时
