Hole type injector The hole type injector consists of needle valve, needle valve body, ejector pin,
pressure regulating spring, pressure regulating screw and injector body. The most important of these
is the needle valve and the needle valve body (generally called the injector or the fuel injection head)
made of high-quality bearing steel, which are collectively referred to as needle valve couplers. When
the injector is working, the high-pressure diesel oil pumped by the fuel injection pump enters the
injector through the oil pipe joint, and then enters the annular high-pressure oil chamber in the
middle of the needle valve body through the oil inlet passage on the injector body. The oil pressure
acts on the pressure cone surface of the needle valve, forming an upward axial thrust on the needle
valve. When the thrust is greater than the preload pressure of the pressure regulating spring and the
friction between the needle valve coupler (this force is very small).
