Anti-GHR ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The antibodies binding to human growth hormone receptor (GHR) can be used therapeutically to lower IGF-1 levels in plasma and/or tissue, and can be used in the prevention and/or treatment of cancer, diabetic nephropathy, arthritis, lung inflammation, and growth disorders, including acromegaly and gigantism.
