High-quality API Spec 6A Wellhead Equipment Tubing Head for Oil Drilling

Tubing head is a spool with flange top, flanged bottom and two side outlets. It also can be called tubing spool. Top flange is equipped with lock screws to fix tubing hanger. Tubing head is installed on top of casing head, which consists of body housing and tubing hanger. It can hang tubing string and seal the annular space between tubing and production casing. Our company can manufacture tubing head with standard structure, which includes tubing hanger installed on the cone of body housing. Tubing hanger can be tapped with BPV thread as per request.

Tubing head and tubing spool are a straight bowl with 45⁰ landing shoulder design which avoids damage to sealing areas by drilling tools, and provides wedging of the tubing hangers, bowl protectors and test plugs. The secondary seal for the last casing pipe can be integrated “OO” seal type or the plastic injection type, but also accepts reducer bushings “4-O” and “PE” (pressure energized). The upper flange is supplied with lockdown screws for packoff tubing hanger retention. The lower flange includes a grease fitting and orifice for testing of the secondary seal.
