In 2007, the specialists of Suizhou Gaincin Machinery Co.,Ltd (GAINCIN.com & showroom: gaincin.bossgoo.com) conducted a complex process of research on heat treatment on grinding balls, resulting in a technology has beed developed “GAINCIN”.
GAINCIN is by the theory of oil cooling for steel products, but consider the hot rolled grinding balls is very hot, put into oil may cause fire disaster, we take more than 18 monthes to develop a special quenching chemical media to instead the oil, by this special quenching chemical media, it can improve the grinding ball quality on hardness and impact toughness a lot.
By thousands of tests conducted and the results finally confirm that the technology of heat treatment: “GAINCIN” can help to get high quality, totally can be improved 20-30% by use this special technology, show as below:
1.Deeper quenching;
2.Achieve higher hardness;
