FEATURES

• 1. It adopts 2 sects leveling, on the leveling process, the roll material only be leveled the start sect and end sect ,The middle sect don’t need to be leveled, it can make the whole material keeping in a same surface.
• 2. It’s hard to finish the good electric product if the material does not clear up the inner stress. The only way to make the better electric product is using the straightening to remove the inner stress.
• 3. After straightening, material can be corrected upward or download of the flat.
• 4. The perlin roll in both side of the roll adopted the design of oil type that is no need to lubricate that can get rid of the trouble of oil and dirty.
• 5. The driving unit is controlled by inverters, can feed smoothly at a speed synchronize with the press.
