Instructions for use of guardrail pile driver

1. Check the mechanical system and hydraulic system, and the diesel engine tank water level and oil level are all normal before starting the diesel engine.After running at low speed without load for 3 ~ 5 minutes, work can begin.

2. The chassis of the machine is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the hydraulic speed is stepless.Adjust the diesel engine speed and fuel supply (manual valve control) to get different speed.Combined valve forward and back handle forward push for chassis forward pull for chassis back.The rest lower pressure arm lifting cylinder, upper frame horizontal cylinder, vertical column inclined cylinder, boom expansion cylinder, all have combined valve handle control, the handle forward push for the cylinder piston rod out, the back pull for the piston retract.

3. After arriving at the site, check that the vertical column is not vertical. If it is not vertical, you can adjust the vertical oil cylinder (or inclined pull rod) and the lateral screw rod.

4. Adjust the vertical position of the chassis and the horizontal position of the vertical column to make the vertical column reach the calibrated position.

5. Lift the hydraulic hammer to the top, put the lower part of the steel pipe pile on the pile position, and put the upper part on the pile head of the lower part of the hydraulic pressure hammer to press the steel pipe pile, and then open the hammer to drive the pile.The pile head keeps pressure on the steel pipe pile until the steel pipe pile is driven to the specified size.

6. Due to the shock and vibration caused by the poor operating conditions of the machine, the dynamic performance of each part should be observed at any time during operation.In case of abnormal noise or other abnormal phenomena, it should be stopped at any time for inspection, and can be used again after troubleshooting.If the joint of hydraulic system is found to be leakage or loose, it should be stopped for adjustment and fastening. After normal operation, it can be used again.

7. Before the end of each shift, the hydraulic hammer should be lowered to a low place, while the cylinder and piston rod should be reduced to the minimum.If the distance shifts, the column should be in an inverted state.

8. The actuator, auxiliary parts, accessories and electrical parts of the parapet pile driver shall be checked regularly for connection in the motor wiring part.
