1. The door frame is a welded frame member of non-equal Angle steel.

2. There are three sets of ventilation valve devices on the upper part of the door, namely, there are three sets of ventilation holes with a diameter of 122mm on the bottom plate of the valve, and the movable door plate is equipped with the suspension plate of the valve door with an automatic opening of 12o Angle.The ventilation capacity of each group of valve is 20003 /h, and the total ventilation capacity is 60003 /h. The wind speed is designed according to 8m/s. When in use, the number of ventilation valve groups can be determined according to the required air volume and the total negative pressure of return air duct in the underground blasting material base.When the explosion occurs in the reservoir, after the shock wave is attenuated, the residual pressure can only be greater than 20KPa. The suspension plate of the valve closes automatically within 3 ~ 8s under the pressure, and is isolated from the outside world, preventing the explosion from resisting impact and the flame and toxic gas generated by the explosion from spreading to the outer roadway and being discharged by the total return air duct.

3. Two sets of blocking device are set. One set is the locking shaft and handle turning type normally used for closing;The other group is the emergency locking device, whose function is that when the impact force is greater than 294N, instantly, the door and door frame are closed, the compression seal ring is compressed, the lock head enters the lock center, the double spring is pushed, the brake lock is stopped and the door is not rebounded.Turn the handle of the outer key to remove the lock.

4. The lower hinge page is supported by one-way thrust ball bearing, with spring folding in the middle to ensure the door to be closed automatically.

5. The seal method adopts the "9" cross section rubber bar seal.
