The p-60b rake bucket loader is used to carry out the loading operation in the rock roadway driving with a 1.1m 3 miner or skip.It is suitable for roadways with a net height of 2.4m and a net cross-section of 9.2m.
The p-60b rake-bucket rock loading machine is characterized by high rock-loading efficiency, simple structure, good reliable performance and wide application range, which can be applied to flat roadway and can be used in inclined roadway below 30 degrees. It is a main equipment to improve tunneling speed and realize mechanization of roadway loading.

Working principle of p-60b scraper loader
The p-60b scraper loader is used to drag the main rope and tail rope respectively through two rollers of winch to make the rake bucket reciprocate, to pick the rock to feed the trough, and to unload the ore car or skip from the hopper to realize the rock loading operation.The machine is mainly composed of fixed wedge, tail wheel, rake bucket, trolley, winch, control mechanism, guide wheel, material trough (feed trough, middle slot, discharge trough) and electrical part.
