Introduction of Double Helix Conical Mixer
The double helix conical mixer is a new type of high efficiency mixing equipment which combines the advantages of Japanese cantilever single helix mixer and domestic SLH double helix conical mixer. The double helix cone mixer is widely used for solid-solid ( i.e. powder and powder ) mixing and solid-liquid ( i.e. adding liquid into powder ) mixing in chemical industry, medicine, pesticide, chemical fertilizer, dye, metallurgy, mining, food, monosodium glutamate, feed and other industries.
The double helix conical mixer has strong adaptability to the mixture: it will not overheat the heat sensitive materials; the granular material is not crushed and ground; The mixture of materials with different specific gravity and particle size will not be separated by layers. It also has good adaptability to the mixing of various particles, fibers or flake materials such as coarse particles, fine particles and superfine powder.
