隔热
多层纤维保温棉用于保温，外壳坚固，使用安全可靠，可长时间保持高温工作。

出风口配有温度传感器，可根据需要调节温度。温度控制精度为1。
术语排序检测功能（防止风扇反转）
本机控制系统配有电机订货序列检测功能。如果订货错误，订货警告指示灯亮。
远程开放控制
本机具有遥控接口，可远程控制机器的启动和停止。
风扇延迟功能
为了保护发热芯并延长发热芯的使用寿命，该机具有停机和吹干的延时功能。机器停止工作后，吹风机会在关闭之前吹干一分钟。
热交换效率高
巧妙的风洞设计让空气均匀地穿过螺旋加热丝的内外。热交换接近100％，风压损失较小。热风机的加热芯设计采用较低的表面功率密度，单位面积加热温度低，电热丝使用寿命长。
空气流量调节阀
鼓风机进风口配有手动风量调节阀，风量可根据需要调节。

具有过热过载保护，停电保护装置，急停开关，相序保护，充分保证设备安全，不产生废气，符合环保要求。
