1. Waste water pollution control

(1) Cooling water

(2) Dedusting water
The machine is equipped with a professional water film dust remover. The three-layer high-pressure nozzle sprays, so that the small solid particles in the smoke can be fully sprayed clean.
(3) Dry dust removal
If the fuel is coal. Firewood or heavy oil has a large amount of smoke and you can also choose to use a pulse dust removal device. The pulse dedusting device is a dry type dust remover that does not require water and therefore does not have any water discharge.
2. Waste gas pollution control
The exhaust gas mainly comes from the exhaust gas generated in the oil refining production process. The main components of the exhaust gas are non-condensable gases with strong flammability, such as C1-C4. However, the tail gas also contains other gases that are slightly contaminated, such as H2S, NOx, COx, and SOx.
