The characteristics of graphite cast steel rolls are similar to adamite rolls, but it makes a feature of presenting a small amount of graphite which increase the resistance to fire crack and scale adhesion, and are suitable for blooming or roughing operation.

Alloy cast steel roll: 30-55 Sc/ ≥700/ Section blaming roll, Plate and strip roughing roll, edger roll

Cast adamite roll:35-60Sc/≥400/Edger roll and roughing roll for hot strip mill, roughing and finishing rolls for section mill

Graphitic cast steel roll: 35-60 Sc/≥400/Roughing roll, intermediate roll and finishing roll for section mill, roughing roll for 2-hi plate and strip mills

Duplex cast steel backup roll: 50-75 Sc/ ≥600/ Backup rolls for cold strip mill. Hot strip mill and medium plate mill.

Duplex HiCr centrifugal cast steel roll: 65-85 Sc/ ≥350/ Roughing roll and early finishing roll for hot strip mill.

Duplex centrifugal cast HSS roll: 70-95/ ≥350/ Finishing work rolls for cold and hot strip mills, roll sleeve for universal mill.
