Introduction and Features:
1. Mixing powder and powder: such as dry powder, plastic, feed, foodstuff.
2. Mixing powder and liquid or slurry: such as decorative putty, stone coatings etc.
3. This machine is a horizontal type in tube structure which is unique by double spiral of inside and outside
4. Rotor and shell minimum clearance can adjust to near zero, effectively reduce the material residual amount
5. It has many advantages such as steady running, reliable quality, low noise, long useful time, convenient installation and maintenance.
6. Various mixing structures are optional. It may realize multi-functional mixing for wide purpose.

How a Vertical Mixing Machine Works
The whole mixing process is driven by the main shaft after starting the motor. There are several stirring spades welded on the main shaft and small shovels are set on each stirring spade. Feed the fertilizers into the cylinder. It is the shovels and stirring spades that play the important role in blending materials homogeneously. Then open the discharging door to layout the averagely mixed fertilizers. As the material is not very humid, there is hardly stick on the stirring spades or shovels,thus it’s no necessary to clean the machine.
