Working Principle of High-Efficiency Wood Sawdust Rotary Drum Dryer

1.Wet materials are sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.

2.Through the feeding hole set that in the spiral guide plate, the wet material gets into drying cylinder.

3.Materials in drying cylinder will be rasing by the equally distributed lifting plate and fully contacted with the hot air.To achieve the heat transfer, mass transfer drying purpose.

4.Dried materials discharged at the end of the cylinder, transported out by the conveyor, finished the drying process.
