YM-CKG160高速数控单柱立式车床
1.本系统机床适用于切削硬质合金、陶瓷等刀具，对内外圆柱面、圆锥面、端面、切槽、螺杆、回转面等进行粗、半精加工和精加工。黑色金属，有色金属和一些非金属零件。
2.有三种规格可供选择，如高速型、标准型和重载型。
3.高速切割:最高切割速度可达2000米/分钟。刀架快速移动速度(水平和垂直)可达12米/分钟。
4.主传动由交流主轴伺服电机驱动。两级变速采用进口ZF变速箱。高速旋转工件进行静态和动态平衡。采用高精度传动齿轮和磨齿工艺，实现高传动效率、低噪音和高速下可靠稳定运行。
5.进给系统由交流伺服电机驱动，电机通过软联轴器与滚珠丝杠直接联动，实现无传动间隙高精度运行。
6.立柱为热对称式，安装在工作平台的底座上。通过计算机有限元计算，采取了有效的隔振措施，具有刚度大、抗振能力强的特点。
7.工作台为热对称式，主轴采用高精度、径向游隙可调的双短圆柱滚子轴承中心，轴向采用高精度大推力球轴承作为滚动导轨，并配有油温冷却装置，因此工作台回转精度高、承载能力大、热变形小。
8.刀架和滑枕的进给运动采用直线双向滚子滚动导轨，使刀架运动平稳，传动效率高，精度保持性好。
9.数控系统采用西门子或FANUC系统或用户指定的其他系统。
10.机床配有排屑装置和半封闭罩。
11.根据用户要求，提供刀库、机内对刀装置、镗铣功能、工作台分度和进给功能、磨削功能、左垂直刀架以及全闭环控制等。可以提供。
