This is a new insert tooling for tenon production, helical cutterhead makes better tenons. The tenon cutter head with interchangeable tips (carbide indexable inserts), it is widely used on tenon cutting machine, CNC tenoner machines. The tenon cutting length is adjustable, you can cut the tennon as per your needs. Fitted with indexable carbide knives, each with four cutting edges, one edge worn out, you can change to another edge; 4 edges are worn out, just need to change a new carbide insert.
