LWQ series gas turbine flowmeter is gas precision measuring instrument-a new generation of high precision, high reliability -which is self-developed after optimization design. It absorbs the domestic and foreign advanced flowmeter technology, integrates the theory of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics, electromagnetism and so on, and sets the temperature, pressure, flow sensor and intelligent flow totalizer in one. The product was inspected by the national explosion-proof product quality inspection department and proved qualified according to standard of GB3836.2010《Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres, The first part: General Requirements》, GB3836.2-2010《Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres, The second part: Explosion-Proof Type \"d\"》and GB3836.4-2010《Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres, The fourth part: Intrinsically Safe Type \"i\"》. The sign of explosion-proof is ExdⅡBT6 (Explosion-Proof Type), ExiaⅡCT6 (Intrinsically Safe Type). The product apply to 0(only Intrinsically Safe Type),1,2 hazardous areas where have explosive gas mixture of ⅡA、ⅡB、ⅡC categories andT1～T6temperature classes.

When the fluid flows into the flowmeter,the fluid is rectified and accelerated under the action of the special integrated rectifier in the air inlet. Due to the turbine blade has a certain angle with fluid flow, at this point the turbine generates a rotational moment and begins to rotate after overcoming the moment of friction and the moment of fluid resistance. Within a certain flow range, the angular velocity of the turbine is in direct proportion to the volume flow of the fluid. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, induce the pulse signal which is direct proportional to the volume flow of the fluid from the coaxial rotating signal wheel by using the magneto-dependent sensor. After the signal is amplified, filtered and shaped, it will be sent into the micro processing unit of the intelligent flow integrating instrument for operation processing together with the temperature and pressure sensor signals, and the gas volume flow and the total amount will be directly displayed on the LCD screen.
