Indexes used to evaluate coal briquettes are thermal value, volatile content, desulfurizing ratio, compressive strength, slacking strength and firing property, etc. If molding pressure is definite, sulfur fixation efficiency will increase while thermal value decreases along with the increase of biomass fraction. Compressing strength increases, too.
But, when biomass mass increases to certain value, compressing strength will become stable. To this end, we establish the model, with molding pressure and biomass mass as inputs, thermal value, compression strength and sulfur fixation efficiency as outputs.
Under the premise to meet the project standard of hydraulic briquette machine, we should make every solution be capable to adapt to different operational conditions.
