Sand washer is a kind of water washing style equipment to be matched with the sand making machine and can reduce the dust and stone powder which mixes with the final sand, so sand washing machine can improve the quality of the sand. The materials include the required gravel in building-site, gravel factories, hydropower station and concrete dam site, post and electric pole factory, casting-70 sand, glass factory’s quartz sand and refilling pressure sand. Sand washer is mainly used in building site, gravel plant, concrete dam building site of hydropower station, etc. It is a very popular mining machine applied in many industries as the first choice to wash sand. There are many types of sand washers or sand washing machines with different models, appearances and performances on sale in the market.
While Mineral Sand Washing Machine/Efficient Sand Washer has the characteristics of high cleaning degree, reasonable structure, high output, lower power consumption and fewer sand lost in washing process. The transmission parts of sand washer are isolated from water and sand, which makes the fault rate much lower than that of the sand washer in common use at present. At working time, the electric motor drives the impeller run slowly through the v-belt, decelerator and gear wheel. The gravel flows into washing launder from the feeding launder, rolls with the impeller and grinds each other to rid impurities and destroy water vapour layers cladding on the gravel. Meanwhile, add more water,and the strong water flow will take away impurities and some low-weight wastes from the washing launder to the overfall washing launder. Through the above process, the washing function is finished. Clean sand and stone will be taken away by vanes and poured into the discharging launder from the revolving impeller to finish the washing function.
