DVP Double Stages Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is designed specially for maintaining to maintain optimal insulation properties of the transformer oils by rigid control over moisture, dissolved gases, particulate contamination and acidity. DVP Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier adopts unique degassing and dewatering structure making the insulation oil fully exposed to achieve the optimal dehydration and degasification effect and filter cartridge specially made by us can improve the filter efficiency down to one micron. The Transformer Oil Purifier can be mounted on mobile trailer, especial for on-site live working at outside.
Features:
1. Using double stages vacuum pump and roots pump with limited vacuum 0.5 torr.
2. Double stages horizontal vacuum chambers increase dehydration and degasification surface area.
3.The Transformer Oil Purifier adopts indirect radiation heating technology make sure the insulation oil will not decompose by partial overheating
4. Standard Transformer Oil Purifier is available in stationary, movable or mobile design is optional.
