Zhongshan Guzhen Shangzheng Plastic Factory was established in 2000 and covers an area of 1500 squares meters. Our factory is one of the leading manufacturers and designers of acrylic lamp and various acrylic fittings. We specialize in the production of all acrylic products. In addition, we have our own professional mould workshop, and we produce all the moulds by ourselves. After more than 8 years of continuous development, our factory has employed a group of engineers, who have more than 10 years' experience in acrylic manufacturing. We use CAD/CAM/CAE advanced technology for mould design. In terms of equipment, we have introduced 80 sets of injection mold machines, 6 CNC machining centers, 30 sets of grinding machines, 5 sets of punching machines, 5 sets of ultrasonic machines, 3 sets of laser cutters, 2 sets of electric pulses, 3 sets of EDM, 3 sets of wire-cut machines, 8 sets of milling machines, and some other high-precision equipment from Taiwan area. These devices greatly improve manufacturing accuracy and capacity. In recent years, our factory also has added more injection molding machines, which can design and manufacture various types of plastic products according to customers' requirements. We provide service for a number of foreign-funded enterprises and our accuracy can reach the import level already.
