For OEM projects, we process as follows:
1) Estimating as per customers' drawings and/or samples (design for customers if no drawing and samples be supplied)
2) Inspecting customer's drawings and /or samples by research & development staff before drawing production CAD drawings/ image drawings, and send them to customer for confirmation.
3) Producing pre-production sample/prototype for customers.
4) Starting mass production after customer's approval of sample/prototype
5) Semi-products inspection and finished product inspection in mass production. Make sure that there is not any unqualified raw material, semi-finished product and finished product flow into the next procedure and not ship to our customers until clear off all defects.
