Established in 1993, YC Coils Electronic Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing and exporting super slim HID conversion kits, LED spotlights, LED power supplies, energy-saving street lamps, switch power supplies, transformers, inductors and ignition coils. We are one of the few manufacturers in Mainland China that adopt Atmel chipset for HID kits. Most of our components are made in-house for seamless integration. A product is only as good as the parts that go into it. That's why we develop all components except chipsets and CPUs to ensure quality and low cost. Some ballast manufacturers even come to us for core components. You will feel ease with our ISO9001:2000 certified products and 99.7 percent qualification rate. All of our accessories come up to MIL-STD-105D standard. Customized samples are ready in 15 days. With 16-year manufacturing experience, we can now customize your samples in just 15 days. Our in-house molding factory is equipped with VMC-850 vertical machining centers introduced from Taiwan. We have a 3,000-square-meter factory for volume orders. Inside the 3,000-square-meter factory, YCCOILS boasts the most complete and sophisticated HID ballast and LED bulb production lines in China. At present, our monthly production capacity is 100,000 HID ballasts plus 50,000 HID conversion kits.
