The R+D department of the University of Technology Zurich carries out applied research and development in the general fields of electrical engineering and computer science. Particular fields of expertise are EMC engineering, DSP's, sensors, microcontrollers, test and measurement, circuit design, IT security and reliability, and prototyping.
The department maintains an accreditated anechoic chamber for EMC tests and measurements and an accreditated ESD and burst/surge laboratory.
The department head and the staff R+D engineers have a broad knowledge and many years experience in the electrical engineering and computer science fields.
