In 2006, Union Asia Group Ltd. (UAG) was established by the German Company, Vermi GmbH. Vermi GmbH was founded by the engineer of a well-known German mechanical enterprise in Wolfsburg, Lower Saxony, in 1997. As a leading enterprise in the HORECA industry in Russia, Vermi GmbH owns Vermi-Czech Ltd., Vermi-Ukraine Ltd., and Sukharevka Ltd. in Moscow, also operates two factories including Taxon factory in the Czech Republic, and the Rada factory in Russia, and has branches and warehouses across Europe and Asia, from St. Petersburg, Russia to Ukraine, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan and China.
