Tianjin Jintaite Import & Export Co., Ltd., who is wholly registered in Tianjin China by Golden Sunshine (Hong Kong) Stock Company Limited, is a professional manufacturer and exporter of prestressed steel wire, steel strand, anchorage, corrugated pipe for prestressed concrete and other products and is the only one manufacturer who could produce steel strand as well as anchorage in China. The production workshop of steel wire and steel strand is located in Beichen Industrial Area in Tianjin and the production workshop of anchorage and other related products is located in Wuqing Development Area in Tianjin. At present, there are 210 employees in our company, of which there are 32 professionals and technicians. At present, we have thirteen production lines of steel wire, two production lines of low-relaxation steel strand and four production lines of galvanized steel strand. Also we have one production line of cold extrusion anchorage clips with latest technology. At the same time, we are the only one manufacturer who has anchorage clip carbonitriding heat treatment equipment. Now we own the production capacity of 60,000tons steel wire, 70,000tons of steel strand and 4,000,000 holes of anchorages annually. According to the market demand, we have developed Grade 2000 of steel strand, steel wire for galvanized cable and galvanized steel strand. Also we has carried out technical transformation on anchorage production in order that our anchor technological properties reach the advanced level in China. Our production base has obtained related products production license in China and the authentication of ISO9001:2000 quality system. Our products are produced strictly according to the authentication of ISO9001:2000 quality system and we have carried out monitoring of the entire course during the process affecting to the product quality so that all the products are qualified. Our products have ever been used in the national key projects, for example, Xiangshan Cross-sea Bridge, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Yuehai Railway, Tianjin Expressway, etc. and have been universally praised.
